End Homelessness

Supreme Court's new ruling to keep death penalty afloat is now frightfully out of proportion!!

As of April 16th of 2008, the American Supreme Court has decided to expand the usage of the death penalty, and includes for offenses other than murder, whihc is exactly what this same nation, "under God," had done to it's citizenry in it's beginning and infancy even before becomming a union.
More than 3,200 people will face executions, and under lethal injection, which is gaining more and more steadily popular, but the electric chiar, although less favored by state officials, is gaining sudden popularity once more. The irony of this above discussion concerning the Supreme Court that day, was thay our new POPE BENEDICT XVI was literaly down the street speaking to people of faith in Washington D.C. as he too shares our belief that capital punishment is an abomination and an affornt to humanity and has no place in modern society.

The Supreme Court heard arguements on a second death penalty case, Kennedy V.S. Louisiana, which challenges the state's law that expands the death penalty to crimes other than murder.

The national anti-death penalty movement is already hard, particularly in the lives of we true activists and abolitionists. However, to end this heinous law we all have to overturn capital punishment state by state, and the NATIONAL COALITION AGAINST THE DEATH PENALTY is doing it's utmost to get closer to the moment of a complete and realistic abolition, or an end to the senseleess ending of peoples' lives in torturous ways that only benefit the Devil and no one else, and especially God.

A new Harris poll is confirming that support for the death penalty in America is steadily weakening and losing favor and popularity. 52% of Americans say the death penalty is no deternet to murder as do I, and an astonishing 95% of those polled are convicted innocent people who had already been convicted of murder. These said figures are supported by earlier polls taken nationally and this indicates that three quarter of Americans believ that one innocent person has already been executed in this country. More must be done to built the constituency for death penalty abolition across the U.S.The stronger our movement in towns, cities, and states, the more we can shape the public opinion that can definately influence state legislators, because they WILL respond if voters say enough costly state sponsored killing and torturing people is enough. ONly then can we declare "mission accomplished."
We need your help, especially those convicted and are on Death Row languishing for sometimes thirty years of more just to be strappedinto the electric chair to die in a manner that is comprised of staggering hypocracy.
Give your senators, legislators, house committee member, and the Governors of your cities and states a fight for thier worth and money, but mostly their sense of ETHICS and faith.
Give these people a fighting chance and let them know you care about the hideous plights of these people condemned. It is wrong to condemn a human being; it just aient done!
THE NATIONAL COALITION AGAINST THE DEATH PENALTY needs your money to help this dream of love and mercy come true.

STOP EXECUTIONS AND LISTEN TO CITEZENRY!

Dear Representative,

This letter is being sent to stop the death penalty and it's blatent use on human beings throughout this nation. America has been gravely tarnished by it's upkeep of this heinous law that poses nothing that is the slightest representive of logic, nor does it pose any comfort to anyone, especially to those who know and loved those who have died in this repugnent devices of torture. We will not stand for the Supreme Court's sudden nonrational rulings which not only expand the usage of capital punishment, but now they want to use it once again for crimes other than murder like we used to when America was young, and before it became a nation of unity.

This unity is being torn apart from all sides and you must do what you can in your own power to get the word out that execution is beyond the mere margins of cruel and unusual and highly unconstitutional; it is blasphemy! There are other alternatives and humaine methods of treating these convicted people if you would only listen to the citens of this country. We of sound mind and heart really know what we want, and that is a nantion, "under God," without execution.
thank you.
sincerely,
HER HOLINESS,
THE MOST VENERABLE LAMA RIPOCHE, PROF. PHD O.F.M.
